Remote ABA Supervision
Our Supervision
Individual Supervision Meetings
Meet with your supervisor weekly to discuss unique cases you are currently working on in your work setting. You'll learn how to implement task list items with your clients under the guidance of your supervise.
Group Supervision Meetings
Meet with your supervisor and a group of other education professionals weekly. Group meetings may consist of book studies, case studies, instruction on implementation of task list items, and other activities that are needed for all members of the group.
Remote Observation
We provide a HIPAA compliant system for uploading video observations for each of our trainees. The system allows for communication and feedback to occur easily regarding the observation videos submitted for supervision hours. A minimum of 2 separate observations totaling a minimum of 40 minutes must be submitted each month.
General Education
Classroom educators have an opportunity to utilize task list items with a variety of students in their classrooms. Intention is necessary to complete the unrestricted hours required.
Special Education
Special Education staff members have many opportunities to provide services for students with a variety of learning struggles. This is typically an optimal setting to complete supervised fieldwork.
Specialists
School Psychologists, Guidance Counselors, Behavior Specialists, Autism Specialists, Intervention Specialists, and Administrators are all in positions that work well with supervised fieldwork.

ABA is needed in our schools! I'm Nancy, and I worked in public schools for 14 years before finding and pursuing ABA. I had been using the concepts without ever knowing there was a science behind it. When I decided to pursue board certification, there were no other BCBA's within 200 miles of me and it was difficult to find someone to supervise me remotely, much less someone to supervise my that had experience in the school setting. I ended up finding someone, and was so blessed by the supervision that I received. Now my goal is to help others in the same situation. My goal is to help you become an effective BCBA (or BCaBA) within the school setting to help children, teachers, and families understand and modify behavior when needed. As I learned from my supervisor - this does NOT have to be stressful or miserable. It should be fun, engaging, and helpful.
